Award Season 2018

Critics Choice Awards were last night.
Emma Stone wore a rather droopy teal dress (the colour was fab, the shape did nothing for her).
Laura Dern looked incredible in a tuxedo-inspired jumpsuit.
Saoirse Ronan wore a strangely matronly beige number that accentuated the yellow tone of her hair a bit too much - cooler-toned hair suits her so much better. Loved the dark lip though.
Loving Angelina Jolie's Cruella De Ville looks of late - she's made for marabou and glamorous gowns!
Diane Kruger appeared to be wearing three different gowns in one - I liked the top two, not so much the bottom one, but she can pull off just about anything. Her Golden Globes dress was perfection.
Armie Hammer's wife wore a dress woven from old washing baskets (probably) but somehow it looked incredible.
Kind of love Alison Williams' dress - the small hairband sets it off really well.
Nicole Kidman's pink ruffly monstrosity fit her perfectly but was all too, too much IMO. She loves a good ruffle but sleeker styles tend to suit her better IMO.
Alsion Janney looked radiant.
Gal Gadot and Margot Robbie were my favourites of the night - quirky dresses that just looked right on them.
Honourable mention to Alison Brie for finding the most amazing, glowing colour to suit her skintone. Not a massive fan of the dress itself but that understated cool look is very her.
