Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Yesterday, the Sun came into view for the first time at the South pole in 6 months and will remain constantly in view for the next 6 months. During the period up to the December Solstice, it will trace a path in smaller and smaller circles whereas presently, due to the combination of daily and orbital rotations, it traces the widest possible circle at the Southern location -

    There really isn't any such thing as archaeoastronomy, there is just an astronomy which connects ours to theirs.
