XP + Office Volume Licensing

Anyone have a list of Irish Microsoft resellers that do volume licensing for XP + Office (3 or 4 would be enough). Anybody know if its cheaper to license XP + Office from UK resellers than Irish resellers (more competition, lower vat rate etc etc), and any downsides from getting the licenses from the UK??

The product doesn't exist because Office is now a service.

The business model doesn't exist because you rent Microsoft Office rather than buy a license Or you get an alternative like Google or Libreoffice or Openoffice or use a tablet with a Bluetooth keyboard.
