Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just did my first swim with a tow float. Fine going into the wind but when going with the wind it kept getting into my way and fouling my stroke.

Any tips how to stop this? It has a dry bag incorporated with it. Can i just put some stones in it?

Shorten the strap so it sits in the small of your back.

A post swim can will also do the trick. Water may even chill it.
