Recomend a swimming instructor in Waterford or Wexford

Do you know a good swimming instructor in Waterford or Wexford, If so I'd love to hear :). I can swim, I'm just not good at it, my times 100m & 1000m would be 95sec and 20min respectively :o. I really feel that my technique needs lots of work but I don't know where to start.
