Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You just missed one, it's on the first Sunday of the month.

Is anyone using the Google calendar I setup for this? I haven't added any events for this year as I thought no one was using it

Good to know, thanks! What time would ye normally meet up at? Do ye always meet in the same place or does it change?

Got an email from Limerick Racecourse-they confirmed that the Limerick Classic & Vintage Car Show/VAGE show will be on Sunday 27th May for anyone thinking of entering the show or going to the show- looking forward to it.

If there's enough interest in the google calendar I can look into maintaining it and keeping it more current? If someone wants to contribute/help maintain it that would be ideal :o

I usually aim to be there around 11ish, usually it's already busy enough then. 12-1ish people start leaving.

I've been meaning to post in here, in a bit busy with college and work, once that eases of (end of May) I'll try update the calendar asap. That is assuming there are a number of people who make use of it?

Dublin cars and coffee location: https://goo.gl/maps/Zfc2d1yh7Hk

I know there are other c&c's throughout the country, if someone could list them or drop me a pm with details I'll add them to the calendar along with location

I've been neglecting this thread for quite awhile now! Been very busy with college stuff but college is over, summer is here and show season has long started!

I've updated the callendar with dates from the following sites:

    http://www.rsownersclubireland.ie/Events.html
    https://www.ivvcc.ie/upcoming-events-calendar/
    https://www.irishjagclub.ie/other-events/
    https://www.aovc.co.uk/events (Mostly only shows)

If I'm missing any dates or if you know of a site that list lots of events let me know and I'll add them.

And once again, if anyone would be willing to assist in keeping this up to date it would be much appreciated :D

When in June is C&C in Cork on? Is it the 10th or the 17th? If it's the latter I should be able to make it, if it's the former then it's a non-runner.

For some reason I seem to have nothing on every weekend except for those when there is a Cars and Coffee thing going on and annoyingly can never go!

Vage show and shine is the 29th of July in Fermoy. All German marques are welcome I am led to believe.

Fair nice selection alright. The Vage show and shine in Fermoy mentioned above is worth going to if you can. Good idea that they decided to include other German marques.

Was watching a video by Stavros 969 about the Terenure Show. He was talking about the Cannonball route this year. A more detailed route will be available later online as per usual but for now he gave a rough idea:

    Day One- Dublin-Cavan-Donegal-Westport

Day Two- Spanish Point- Blarney Woolen Mills

Day Three Kilkenny and finishing in Wexford

Search begins for a proper slip road :)

Agreed :) I came across his channel because he does a good bit of cars and coffee/car events but I also like the mix of videos- vintage, trucks, electric cars, supercars.

Just in case some people aren't aware there are some changes to the Limerick Cars and Coffee days- this Sunday (5th) is Japanese Day. English Day is now 2nd Sept. Does anyone know does Supercar Sunday still remain the 2nd Sept?

Got run off the road last year near Clonmel on the day of the cannonball.
Eastern European reg super BMW undertook at least 20 cars at insane speed, and weaved out a narrow gap then over took more forcing oncoming traffic off the road.
Got the reg and rang the guards but I doubt they did anything.
Love cars and driving, always a fan of the rally and car shows but hate how cannonball just attracts rich arseholes who drive like maniacs in traffic. The Limerick - Waterford road is lethal too. Wish they'd just keep that carry on to the motorways.

Any volunteers to help keep this updated with current dates? I've added a few dates kindly supplied by Marcin and C&C details by Marlow but realistically I won't have much time to go looking for show details and updating the calendar until I finish a masters

Small bump to find out if anyone has been using the calendar for meets/shows?

It's only myself (and now zg3409) who can add entries to the calendar, if anyone else wants to volunteer I to maintain dates I would be more than happy to give them edit rights also.
