Two years ago I entered Canada on a Working Holiday Visa and only stayed for six months. Is there anyway I can still go back and finish out the left over time, or use the fact that I didn't stay the full two years as a reason to apply for a new shorter visa this year? Afraid not... You can only participate in the IEC program once and you can't pause it while out of Canada.
