I know that if you are on the housing list in any of the four local authorities in Dublin, you may be able to apply for the hap scheme in Dublin and the surrounding counties but does the same rule apply to the homeless hap? If you are eligible for the homeless hap in Dublin can you seek accommodation in the surrounding counties or does the accommodation have to be in county dublin?
It's a bit grey in the guidelines.
