Extreme foot pain when running

    Anyone having foot trouble. Have extreme groin and foot pain, but will stick to one at a time. Get to around ten miles and the foot pain in both feet is extreme. Have shock absorber insoles in my runners, thought I had fractures in feet but pain completely gone since I finished run.
    Did a hop test to make sure no fractures
    Anyone similar problem and some solution
