Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
I have to work on this panel. I might need to wipe an old wireless door contact and register a new wireless door contact. I have engineering code but dont know where to go or steps to take.
    Any ideas

If you have the engineer code it is a start :D

You will first need the manager to allow you access. It is called service in. Then exit that menu.
Enter the engineer code then press enter.
    Inh reports (yes) enter.
Scroll to Lan devices, enter, DGP devices, enter.
You will need to know what input the wire free device is on to delete it. When you do is is easy to set up in the DGP menu.
