After terrible dull, grey weather for the last couple of days the sun has suddenly made an appearance here and there's a good clear spot in the sky but the sun's a bit too low in the sky to make good use of it. It's 11.7C now. The low so far today has been 9.9C, the high 12.1C.

Sun came out around 1pm which helped the temp rise to 13.1c but back to cloudy drizzle now and 11.6c.

Overcast for most of the day here near Tralee with just the briefest sight of blue sky around midday. Turned increasingly cloudy and dark from 15.30 and eventually started to rain quite heavily around 16.00 giving 3.8mm.

Dry again and 11.9C after a high of 13C

9.8C here near Tralee a short time ago. Mist, fog and dull under low heavy cloud but on the bright side its the start of the Christmas holidays today!

Ditto in Bray and the rest of East Wicklow. Nice little Wicklow/Dublin Mountains Cloud Shadow here most of the morning. Sunny with a Temp of 12ºc
