Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

grape juice is usually touted as the best.

I'd have it post workout with something sugary. To get it working in your muscles you need to take it with something that spikes your insulin

I don't think there's any point to it pre or during workout. taking it after a workout when your muscles are receptive to itwill give you benefits for your next workout.

Don't take it with anything acidic like orange juice.
