Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Shipping from Germany to Ireland

    Does anyone have first hand experience using a parcel forwarding company to ship large items from Germany to Ireland?

    Im looking to buy 2 ovens from an online German store (that only deliver locally) and need to find a recommended company to ship them over here.

    2 ovens, probably 2 pallets, circa €120/ pallet + vat

    I never understand the work people will go to for saving a few bob and forgoing decent after sales service

    And will it suit Irish electrical power? Are German ovens not a type of 3 phase power?
