A free update pack towards end of next season will provide the fully licenced Euro 2020 tournament. I've always enjoyed these tournament editions personally so I'm pleased this will be a free part of PES and not something I have to consider buying FIFA on the cheap for.
Love it! They'll finally have to update international squads come June so if the next Sancho is unearthed and isn't in the game, he'll be added to it. Also the countries with fake names will get real names

As for online, does Co-Op still match you up with single player My Club opponents team up with two CPU players?
Horrendous concept. If I wanted to play against the computer, I'd play the single player.
As Det Somerset mentioned, the forefront of the new game is their remastered Master League. Apparently this has been a 3 year project and it will be at its final stage in PES 2021. All the transfer data is coming from transfermarkt.com so as to help with realistic values for players. Looking forward to how well this is implemented. I'm not really interested in the whole having Cruyff or Maradona as your manager but its an addition none the less.
Regarding Co-op match ups, nobody knows what that will be like in PES 2020. Yes you still get matched up with Myclub opponents in standard coop which I agree is ridiculous and led to me only playing Coop against lads from the boards league or just playing myclub coop. I never actually played any games of online divisions in myclub. No interest.
One addition though which is good is that you can choose to accept or reject a matchup online as it will tell you how good their connection is before you begin.0 -
Yeah, since about 2002 they've been saying the master league has been revamped. Although what coleman is saying, looks like this could be it.What I will say regarding the master league is that they say the same pretty much every year. I'd say manage your expectations.
I wish they sorted out the myclub manager thing having so little flexability. I mean, surely I can play one of my 3 cmf as a amf without having to go out and recruit a new manager. A few more weekly challenges would be good too.0 -
