Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    setup vodafone mms on htc desire

    go to all programs
    go to settings
    go to wireless & networks
    go to mobile networks
    go to access point names
    press menu
    click new apn

    name - vf mms
    apn - mms.vodafone.net
    proxy - not set
    port - not set
    username - dublin
    password - dublin
    server - http://www.vodafone.ie/mms
    mmsc - http://www.vodafone.ie/mms
    mms proxy - 10.24.59.200
    mms port - 80
    mms protocol - wap 2.0
    mcc - this should be auto detected from your sim, mine is 272
    mnc - this should be auto detected from your sim, mine is 01
    authentication type - pap
    apn type - mms

    press menu
    click save

    you also need to go into your default internet connection and change the apn type to "default"

    i've tested this on an unlocked o2 branded htc desire with a vodafone ireland prepay sim.
