Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    I am just finishing up a QQI course with the open college. I am still waiting on module results which I submitted 5 weeks ago. I'm afraid to email to enquire about it as I did becore for another module and the lecturer was really rude. Also I emailed them a week ago requesting sample exam papers for an exam I have with them tomorrow but No one bothered to reply to me. For another exam I had with them they sent me sample exam papers with the module course book but nothing with this module. Just wondering if anyone else has found them difficult to engage with or has found the tutors unhelpful and rude.

    I was going to do an SNA course with them once finishing this course and i am reconsidering it now.
