Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've tried doing squats in the gym a few times but I get a really bad pain in my lower back as I go down. It's because I curve my spine to try and stay upright or balanced as I go down but I can't seem to find a way to do it without experiencing pain and bending my back. Anyone had the same problem? There was no weight on the bar when I did them btw.

Try using something to elevate your heels. (a plank/board of wood is good)

I'm going to lock this. OP, if you're experiencing "bad pain" in your lower back doing unweighted squats, then there is an underlying issue that probably can't be solved on an internet forum, see a physio
