    Looking for pilates classes specifically for distance runners in South Dublin.

    Pearse Street Physio have running specific pilates on Wednesday mornings. Class sizes are small so tend to book up a couple of weeks in advance.

    I haven't been to this specific class but have been to their other pilates classes and found them very good.
