Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Irish cases cannot be discussed here but there's no problem if you're in After Hours!!

    I believe that on-going court cases are also not up for discussion in AH.

    This isn't an ongoing case though bar an appeal.

    The charter in True Crime is different;

    - There are certain cases that cannot be discussed for legal reasons. The following table illustrates what can and cannot be discussed

    No | Scenario | Irish | Non-Irish
    1 | Incident, no evidence of crime | x | x
    2 | Crime, no suspects/charges/court | x | ✓
    3 | Crime, charges/before court | x | ✓
    4 | Crime, court proceedings completed | x | ✓
    5 | Historic crime (2-4), over 50 years | ✓ | ✓

    Not sure why there's different charters for different forums, it's the same website.

    Anyway discussion is allowed in after hours, probably explains why this forum is so quiet.
