Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rogue Board

Hi - does anyone know where residents/owners can get advice on a course of action to turf out a rogue board of directors. My estate has had a massive turnover of directors and managing agents in the last 2-3 years with one person remaining constant who can only assume to be the rotten egg. This person is now unilaterally making expensive decisions on behalf of our estate. Is there a government or regulatory body that can help? There’s no way we could afford private legal advice. TIA

Every director has to offer resignation after 3 years. Have they been re-elected?
