Circuit Court - Hearing outcome

    If a case was due to be heard at the circuit Court, how could you go about finding out the outcome of the case on the date or if the hearing was deferred to a later date etc? Is that information recorded publicly?

    In general cases have been pushed to September and October... It all depends on the urgency of the matter and seriousness of the crime.

    The beta is now gone it seems - but i found the link on the new look court.ie website thanks. Under Judgements search there is an option for Jurisdiction - Circuit court.

    However, I am unable to find any circuit court judgement under employment equality act. If you know one, please give me a link, if you can:)

    Beta no more, the beta version became the live one recently.

    Circuit Court rulings don't often result in written judgments. Hearing dates can be tracked in the legal diary.
