Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I'm curious as to what the story is with negotiating rent versus advertised? And if you got it down, where did you find the add? e.g sherry fitz / evening herald etc...

    Thanks

Well, if it's a renter's market, you might be able to negotiate downwards. If it's a landlord's market, you won't.

Figuring out which you are in is the trick. It just depends on what the demand is like for that particular property at that particular time.

In general, rents are strengthening at the moment, indicating a landlord's market. But don't take my word for it ...
