I’ve spent the last few weeks looking for a nice pair of vegan runners.

    Found this site last night.

    Looks good on trustpilot: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/schuhdealer.de

If you click on 'En' on the '.de' site it changes to '.com'.

Some of Vans range are vegan.

I don't think they do actual 'runners' but I've had good dealing with Eco Vegan Shoes. Have a look here:

    https://www.eco-vegan-shoes.com

They're pricey but top quality - the boots and shoes I've had are waterproof and tough, very stylish and comfortable. They also don't quibble over customer issues, very fair.

I'll attach a pic of some boots I got from them.

Thanks for that link to Wills shoes.

As someone new to this, I'm struggling where to source things and am a bit at sea.

I'm extremely quality conscious, don't want " pleather " stuff.

If you want good quality then the main places I would recommend at different price points are:

Wills London - linked above, most likely the best bang for buck being good quality (they have goodyear welted shoes if anybody wants that) and not too expensive. I get a lot of compliments on their shoes.
More expensive - Bourgeois Boheme, also based in London - https://www.bboheme.com/ - these have sales, for instance I got 50% off a pair recently.
Most expensive - Brave gentleman in the US - https://www.bravegentleman.com/ - you'd be hit with customs too.

There is also Avesu which have a lot of brands on their site and also have sales, one on atm: https://www.avesu.eu/
If you need more help sourcing things feel free to ask.

Veja are very fashionable brand at the moment. All their shoes are sustainably produced and some are vegan.

I'm pretty sure that whatever Stella McCartney designs for Adidas is also vegan but it's more expensive.

Quite like some of those Veja's cheers, pity the V-10s aren't vegan.

    Might get some of these:

Got these recently and love them, some parts recycled and eco-friendly, sustainable and made ethically from a human side, no slave shops here:

Also have my eye on these:

I'd also recommend the work boots from Wills to anyone, I've had them years and they are like brand new.

Just ordered a pair of Will's walking shoes. They look good and are waterproof. I do a lot of walking, plus the fact that Fiona Oakes endorses a pair of their cross trainers swung it.

Free 365 day return/exhange period.

Here are the terms though, it's not like you could damage them and return them!
Please be careful to return your purchase in the same condition it was delivered to you. It is Ok to try out your purchase inside. Please do not create any wear marks or damage as this could invalidate your return.

Fresh Cuts in Dublin have started selling Will's shoes now for people to try them on and buy as I always prefer that.

Eco-vegan-shoes have a more easy-going policy (or at least they used to, I haven't bought any for a while).

The trouble with shops is they rarely have my size (even 12s can be a bit small for me ) so online is brill - I got some vegan New Balance online with a good wide fitting which I've worn out.

I'll review the shoes in good time.

If you're looking for actual running shoes, all Brooks apart from the leather walking shoes are vegan.

I really wanted her stan smiths recently but couldn't justify dropping hundreds on them.
