Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

Can anyone point me to the correct document that states minimum land size for detached house? I believe it is 0.5 acre

    Thanks

There is no statutory instrument which contains this. Its usually somewhere in the county development plan.

And it's larger than 0.5 acres in some counties. Many link it to density/proliferation of effluent systems.

Look for plot ratio and relate ideas in the development plan. Percolation area will depend on the type of water treatment system used and how well the ground will absorb water.
