Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to try get a job into level 1 helpdesk roles as a start just not sure how to get foot in the door basically.
I've studied computer systems and networking for the year although didn't get the certificate as didn't pass programming apart from that I did fine on the course and did the practicals with active directory , virtual box , installing operating systems , networking etc.
Want to get either the Microsoft or A+ certs . Aiming to possible get into System Administrator long term but still fully deciding what area of IT but not the programming route .
I was thinking I start with Windows 10 certificate towards the MCSA .

Do the A+ It’s much broader than win 10, new one coming out in the next few months. Do that if you can.

If live in Dublin. I’d recommend volunteering in camara. Great for the CV.
If your unemployed you have loads of options in terms of courses. Make the most of it.
