Ok so im doing an 18mie lsr this weekend but am already dreading it the plague but i know it has to be done. anybodyy want to tag along to keep me company?

doing 20 miles on Sunday around the University and up to Monaleen. If you can cope with my blistering >10.30 min/mile pace then sure I dont mind meeting up. I am going to have to change the route somewhat due to the ladies doing the mini marathon.
