Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem with Indesit Washing Machine

We have an Indesit IWDD7123 washing machine / dryer about 5-6 years now. Put a wash on today and the machine filled with water, made a grumbling noise and just stopped dead.

The timer, which shows how long the wash has left to complete, continues to count down but the machine itself is dead.

Managed to empty machine and found a bit of gunk in filter, nothing major, but machine is still dead.

Closed it up without any clothes inside and put it on a 16 minute spin cycle. It made a noise but the drum didn't move. The drum moves freely by hand when you rotate it.

    Any ideas, quick fixes?

Undo the back panel and see if the belt is off the pulleys or has snapped
