Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a book for me. I'm looking for a single book that has the complete history of Ireland in it, going back as far as possible and up to and included the Troubles.

    Thanks in advance.

I haven't read it yet but this is on my to be read list

    The Course of Irish History

    Amazon link here

This would seem to be the type of book you are looking for as I was looking for a similar type book. Though I have not read it yet!!

Not a full history of Ireland, but Robert Kee's "The Green Flag" is an excellent history of Irish nationalism.
