Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mine missed the PMID as Tesco removed it. PM were very helpful and got it sorted for me. Should have it tomorrow.

What sort of condition were your tablets in? Mine looked like the protective film on sides was reapplied...then I noticed a slight bit of damage on the metal
    trim.....not bad, but annoying

the metal edging on mine was bent and had a sharp piece sticking up. I pushed it down with a knife but it still looks damaged. T can live

I was tempted to try and straighten it out....but had visions of a results similar to Fr. Ted trying to tap out the dent on the car!!!

Have to say its perfect size for me....so customizable compared to Ipad.....

Going to avoid rooting it for a while and just enjoy it as is

Mine looked fine. Security seals were still on box and it powered up, connected to wifi and updated software in a few mins. Very happy with Parcel Motel and changing the firstname to "Full Name" and surname to Parcel Motels PMID Number at checkout worked at the Tesco site.
Many thanks to the original poster for the bargain alert.

seems odd that they had the same damage.

Just collected mine. The seal was broken and there was a bit of damage on the box. No damage thankfully though on the tablet itself.

There was also a guy there who didn't know how to collect his parcel. He was trying to enter his PMID I think. Had to show him how it's done :D

    Hi,

As I can clearly see most of you here have figured out how to order from UK/NI and get it delivered to your local Parcel Motel pickup point...

I'm just after setting up an account with PM and it gave me two different addresses - one in Co. Antrim (NI) and one local based in Finglas.

I'm trying to source that Samsung Tab 3 tablet from ASDA direct but I can't figure out how to get it eventually delivered to my nearest PM collection point ??

Could any of you throw a bit of light on this? I tried to go through the PM thread here but it is all messed up with way to many posts to get useful information from it.

    Thank you for any help!

    Rightman

    http://www.parcelmotel.com/about.html

Watch the video on that page rightman.

Basically you post to the Antrim address, select the nearest motel to you in the options, and when PM receive the tablet they will courier the item to the motel you chose.

    Hi,

Thanks for coming back to me.

Now I'm struggling with the phone number on ASDA website...

In what format if possible at all I should enter my Irish mobile number on UK's/NI websites ?

    Thanks,
    Rightman

Use PM's Antrim depot number (if your ROI number is not allowed)
