I've no idea where southern california is but i'll tell you they're both in the states....one over to the west, the other in the south.

california is to the far west and maybe the other is texas or arizona?

Ok, it's a World War 2 memorial park and it's in the same place as another image I posted a while back.

If more clues are needed I'll give them.
