Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you have a medical card I would recommend getting in touch with the HSE

No medical card. I imagine you'd be waiting a few years for a HSE app

Hi Lily, I have been wearing Hearing aids for around 12 years.

I usually upgrade mine every 4 years when the PRSI grant regenerates. I upgraded to the Oticon OPN S1 hearing aids this year and they are the best I have ever worn. I use the app to control the programmes and volume which is necessary in certain situation ie background noise. But these are the best performing aids in background noise situations that I have ever worn. Yes there will be times where I may still miss a word or two but so will people with normal hearing.

Feedback was an issue in the past as I have moderate/severe high frequency loss in both ears but the feedback manager on the S1’s is the best I have had.

If you need anymore info let me know.
