Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A few of us are thinking of going to Thailand / Vietnam for the summer . We are students 20/21 . Would there be many other Irish people around that age travelling around these places or would the backpackers mainly be a bit older just out of curiosity would you find many other western tourists over there ?

Not sure about Irish, but there will be literally THOUSANDS of Western tourists and backpackers in both countries, of a similar age. I was in Thailand and Hong Kong nine years ago, and I think you'll find something to your liking whether it's going on the lash, adventure hikes, or some sightseeing.

why, yes of course! it's a very popular destination (unless you choose some godforsaken areas) so it will be no problem for you to meet western travellers
