Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone else use the app and find it crashes when you try to view payment history? It’s been like this for almost a year now. Anyone else use the app and find it crashes when you try to view payment history?
It’s been like this for almost a year now.
Used to be able to view my payment history no problem, but now all I seem to be able to do is top up, but as soon as I go to look at payment history the app crashes! So annoying!

Edited to add, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still doesn’t work, have switched to a newer phone so definitely up to date and supported and still crashes.
