    Hi,
my daughter returned from Australia in May and applied for unemployment benefit. She has now secured a job so needs to stop her claim but neither of us can see how she does this.

Can anyone point us in the direction please?

    Thanks

There should be an option to close out the claim online on mywelfare.ie, if not, just ring your local social welfare office.

Can't see an option on there and no one is answering any of the phone numbers we have tried.

Was hoping someone could provide a link or screenshot to show us where to go

Use this but you need to set up a basic MyGov Id first. Quick and easy TBH.

We have logged in there but you need to verify your account which you can't do without a PSC card and you can't currently get a PSC card.

They made it easy for her to apply for benefits but not easy for her to close the claim :(
