Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

OMG so much win. Don't know where to start

How about VALVe Pack for 25E. I have a friend who was just looking at buying CSS for the sales, but now I'm forcing him to buy the entire VALVe pack! All he has is TF2 and Portal, so he'll gift them onto a friend who doesn't have them! It's a win-win on so many fronts!

    Bioshock
    is €4.99! (75% off)

how come the valve collection went up in price? I wont be buying it for €50

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,534 ✭✭✭FruitLover

****ing annoying, spent about 20 minutes trying to buy the Valve pack earlier, site kept timing out  Don't think it's worth me buying it for €50 now (already have most of the games.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,511 ✭✭✭Nollog

The valve games are 50% off separately.
Probably meant to be 50 euro - The games were half-off, then the pack got half-off too by mistake.

  • Moderators, Education Moderators Posts: 2,609 Mod ✭✭✭✭horgan_p

some strange stuff here, lucasarts game pack is now more expensive than buying the games seperately.
Civ 4 complete for under 7 euro is full of win though !
I doubt civ 5 will drop in price though :(

    Why you cheeky monkey.

It was the apparent impossibility of being killed in the sequel, short of virtual suicide. Once you master the "duck and autoheal" tactic you've pretty much finished the game.

Todays offers up, anyone have anything to say about Battlefield 2 collection before I buy?

I kinda get the impression it's all about the multiplayer, which I'm not really looking for. Don't want to drop my money on it (even if it is just a fiver) if the singleplayer is awful.

It's pretty much multiplayer only, single player is just small multiplayer maps with bots.

It basically only a mulitplayer. If you want single player again get battlefield: bad company 2, it the neext inline after BF2. That has a pretty decent single player compaign and the multiplayer is awesome!
