Jam

Would jam be of any use to bees or beekeepers? Where I work we sell buckets of jam mainly to hotels and restaurants. There is some stock which will be out of date end of July. This jam (mixed fruit) will be thrown out if it is not used, which is a waste of food. I'm based in Galway so I'd be thinking of Galway Beekeepers Association or anyone with bees. Would there be any interest in this idea?

Beekeepers may eat it, but jam is not good for bees.

Unfortunately no, it won't do, thanks for your consideration though.

Maybe people rearing their own pigs would love it, the pigs would anyway.
