Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I'm looking at possibly doing a sports nutrition course.

I was wondering if anyone here had experience in either of the courses below:
    ITEC Sports Nutrition Course
Sports Nutrition 6N4651 (QQI Level 6)

And essentially what is the difference between them/which one would be better to do.

    Thanks in advance.

Both syllabus are very similar. It really depends on what your angle for it is. If it's out of general interest then either will do the job.
If you're a fitness instructor looking for info then again either will be ok for a starting point.
If you have visions of working in the "nutritionist" or "dietician" role and writing diet plans for people then neither will come close to sufficing.

If you're in the mood for some detailed study take a look at Precision Nutrition and https://www.mac-nutritionuni.com/
