Kbc €1 off every €2 spent on digital wallets

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promotional period will run for one month from 16th August to 15th September (The Promotional Period).
This offer is available to selected existing personal customers holding a KBC Current Account and who have received a direct marketing e-mail regarding this KBC promotion. This promotion is not available to holders of Teen Current Accounts.
Where the recipient holds more than one KBC Current Account, this offer is only available on the Current Account specified above.
Eligible current account holders will receive €1 for each day they use their KBC debit card as a digital card to make a purchase with a minimum value of €2 using participating digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay or wena Pay) (the "Qualifying Transaction"). For the avoidance of doubt, ATM, Chip & PIN, Online, gambling and contactless transactions using the physical debit card are not included.
The reward will be applied to all eligible customers and there is no opt in or out.
The promotion does not apply to credit cards
The maximum reward which can be earned through this promotion is €31, irrespective of whether the current account is a sole or a joint account.
Eligible customers will receive their reward by credit transfer to the personal account associated with the debit card within 60 days of the end of the promotional period. It will not be possible to request or nominate payment to a different account(s).

The decision of KBCI in relation to the eligibility of a customer and compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be final and binding. KBCI will not engage in any correspondence in this regard.
KBCI reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, withdraw or change the offer at any time, without notice, for any reason for valid commercial, technical, regulatory or operational reasons. If we do so, we will inform you of the changes in a way we deem appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
