Cold, dry & cloudy in Limk City this am with light northeasterly breeze. 4.8c,1008.7 hPa.

The stratiform cloud appears to be breaking up north of Wales so tentative signs that the inversion might be dissipating..... Tentative is the key word though!

0.0c here now. Feels bitter in the wind. Pools starting to freeze in the yard.

Well this is a big surprise, just opened the curtain to see a decent snow shower. The snow is sticking well to the car, not sticking to the tarmac very well, though.

Cloudy and dry with a stiff easterly breeze in Limk City this am. 1.7c, 1006.0 hPa atm.

You could never begrudge a dry sunny day here on the extremities of the NW coast, I cry out loud for dryness most of the year!

But today, as the sun was blinding my eyes while driving, I was watching these dark ominous grey clouds rolling in, they looked from the sea but that’s north west so must have been from the mountains maybe since the breeze is blowing NE?

I felt like screaming at them, for the love of Jebus, just release something! :mad:
