Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would anyone with access to street directories be able to help please.
Amongst the church records on Irish Genealogy I've found two different family links but with different surnames at 34 Fleet St around the 1850s. 1860s.
I'm wondering what this building was at the time, was it a tenement or was it some sort of maternity facility maybe?

    All help appreciated, thanks

In 1852 the address is listed as :
    Patrick Grennan, grocery etc

    in 1858 :
John Valentine, grocer, tea, wine & sprit merch.

    and in 1863 :
    32 to 35 tenements

Rooms over the shop may have been rented out as accommodation.
