Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This was mentioned a while back on John Grenham's Irish Times column but I forgot to post the link:

    http://kerrylaburials.ie/en/Index.aspx

It's the burial records of 164 graveyards in Kerry, administered by the Co. Council. It's not complete but don't knock free records! Between this, the census and the records on Irishgenealogy.ie, Kerry is doing well.

I can't thank you enough for that, my father's people are all from Abbeydorney, going as far back as the 1810s, so cheers. :D

Thank you so much Pinky Pinky

I found my husbands great grandfather who as family tales go was buried up the side of a mountain in killarney, but I found his burial record with an age so it gives us much more info now...
