Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me if they use any particular free web application specifically for recording details of Family Tree History?
    And if they would recommend it?

    Legacy software come in 2 versions. one is free and the other is $29.95 with more features. http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/
    The one you pay for has updates every so often for free but major updates you pay for and its not much. On the site it gives the differences. My dad used it and prefers it to Family Tree Maker for ease of use and options.
    I know the Delux version allows you to create a website which you can then upload to a domain.
