Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was reading a self help Social Anxiety book last night when I just reached breaking point. After living with pretty severe social anxiety for my entire teen and adult life, I just decided to bite the bullet and go to the doctors. So I woke up this morning after not much sleep raring to go, but my social anxiety kicked in again and I lost my courage. So I waited til 2 o clock to ring the doctors and luckily there was 1 appointment free. I went and I'm glad to say that the doctor was very kind and understanding. I was prescribed Lexapro for a month. I'm so excited to feel any changes. I wish I went to the doctors years ago about this, I've lost a lot of my good years and experiences because of social anxiety.
