    36A10453-2F48-461F-8146-F0E546CB8664.jpegHi.

Am looking for help on how to add privacy to this window which is in our en-suite (sorry.. it loading sideways!)

The problem is next door window can see into our en-suite. Not a problem usually except at night when we would have the light on. It really only a ‘head n shoulders’ View but would rather close this off at this stage

Would a Blind be best...??? Can I buy and fit myself or is it a specialist job..
What about ‘frosting’ sheeting of some sort....

    Many thanks for replying

Have exact situation in one of our en-suite, open velux, at top you will find a code for window size. If you go to velux site, they have blinds for bathrooms which are waterproof, just type size. We opted for a grey one which lets in light but blocks view. They are extremely easy to fit and only take a few mins.

Thanks Dave... can you still open the window fully...?? Will the new attachment not be a obstacle ..

My velox is in situ for 25 years this year..... wonder if theses new attachments will suit. I will bung off a copy of the codes to them and ask,!,

    Many thanks

Blind fits inside wood frame so has no effect on opening/closing. I have fitted them in houses built years ago, no problem getting blinds. You will see a code like “GLC PK2” on the top side of window when you pull toward you to open, just type that code into velux site and you will get the correct size blind.

Google “velux codes sizes” it will show you images of what to look for on your window.

Yep, velux have their own blinds exactly for this and they'll do exactly what you want. They are very neat, and don't affect the window usage obviously.
