Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gonna try for a ticket, but won't be heartbroken if I don't get it - the price of them and the effort of getting to MK.

Annnd, all in June - beans on toast that month!

They will hardly sell 60k tickets would they ?
Judging by the fact that they are using most of the ticket agents in the UK ,Ticketmaster,See Tickets,AXS,Ticketfactory and Eventim ,a second date must be guaranteed.

People on boards don't have a clue. Sold out in seconds.

Some ****housery here regarding their perceived popularity.

They sold 60k and will sell most if not all of the second date too.

If 5k were held back for production reasons, they'll later be sold.

    MCR are huge.

The 2 nights combined are 60k. I thought a festival would nab them

Aha right. Hadn't been following, but I always thought MK was bigger than that. 30k x2 without breaking a sweat, I'd say.

Would have thought so too but festivals seem to be surplus to requirement for a lot of these big acts now. Unless there's huge money on the table, why take even a headline slot when you can practically run your own festival with your name on it.

Got tickets for the sunday, after grabbing a cheap hotel last night for it..

UK ticket sales seem to be utter chaos with that many vendors

Decided to go with cheap flights to Birmingham, hostel and taking coach return venue to city. Wanted to avoid London cause of the cost.

There is the MK bowl aswell which may be the 60k. Doesn't seem to be used so much, but this k slipknot are playing there in August.

Questionable venue but I’ll take it.

2011 was Oxegen wasn’t it? Didn’t think that was nearly 10 years ago

With Italy, Germany and likely more cities getting dates, should hopefully be a little easier to get tickets.

Any word on presales as of yet?

I doubt it’ll be as hectic as the London show anyway

Been a lurker on this thread until now! I'm devastated, I have exams the full week of the Dublin gig so couldn't do MK and can't make Kilmainham either. Anyone know anything about the Italy or Germany venues? Am thinking I'll have to make it to one of them instead!

Defo going to this, even booked my hotel in Dublin pending me getting tickets,

Still 280 euros for a 4 star in Dublin City center on a Tuesday night in June. Dublin is nuts for hotel prices

Fingers crossed I get tickets sorted for Friday

Dublin is expensive and with the Euros games been on in the Aviva it's even worse. Games are on the following dates

    15th June
    19th June
    24th June
30th June (our owl Neighbor's for across the sea possibly playing that day)

Omg that explains that and Dublin just being Dublin for hotels

That explains why anything that isn't a hostel is above 200€ a night around the time of the green day gig. Can't justify it for a bed, will be the aircoach up and down for green day, and mcr (tickets pending) :pac:

The Germany date (Bonn) is outdoors as well, basically their version of the Marley Park gigs over the summer.

Ryanair fly to Cologne and then it's a quick train ride to Bonn.

I'd say they will release more European dates too.

One of the Bonn announcements I read claimed there would be only 6 European gigs but I'm not sure how true that is and if MK counts as one or three.

Think I'll be going for Bonn if I can get tickets Will make a weekend out of it to make it up to my, very-much-not-a-fan, fiancé coming with me

Did the last gig they did here not have awful attendance? Id have thought rhk is a grand venue it's hardly like the genre has been booming since then anyways.

I suppose that could push up the numbers alright similar to the hella mega gig, seems to be alot of reunions and farewell tours on the rock and metal scene these days, could well do with a new breakthrough act tbh.

I'd say it'll easily sell out. Nostalgia is a big seller and the emo teens are now working adults with more disposable income :P

My bro and I got tickets for the 20th in MK so trying to decide whether or not to buy Dub tickets and sell MK ones or stick with MK..
