Ps5 crashing

    Have had my console since early February and no issues till tonight when I tried to power up out of rest mode. An error showed up about USB storage not being safely removed then system switched off. Restarted in safe mode and keeps crashing, can't even get as far as safe mode now. Any ideas?

    Make sure you have no USB plugged into the ps5 and try power it on.

    does this mean we cannot have the usb external hard-drive plugged in as storage anymore??
