PLEASE help save our sanity !!

My young lad cant join his friends Realms on Minecraft.
Theres an issue about setting, and allowing child join online.

Ok i understand that, but when you click on how to fix it, the playstation sends you to Xbox problem solvers !

Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

    Thanks in advance....

Is he on a child account on the playstation? there are settings around this (playing with others online) within playstations own settings that may be getting masked by the redirection to Xbox problem servers (which is probably just happening as Minecraft is owned by Microsoft so game issues would make sense to be hosted with their ecosystem)

Check the family settings on the Playstation and see if you can change their settings:
    Good guide on it here

    Yes, a child account.

    Ive tried everything...
    Loada ****e really.

Ive tried to go into the Sony Playstation account, but nothing there to change the account settings.

Theres nothing on the PS5 itself to change,

And when playing Minecraft, it keeps directing you to Xbox when you try to change the settings....................

If you go into the family settings as the parent of the child account there will be settings there to allow the child to play with other people. However, now that you say it, it sounds familiar that there was an issue about this before. I think Minecraft requires a microsoft account and in this microsoft account there is a setting to allow you to play with friends also that ALSO needs to be set
