AirBnB options - South Dublin - HELP NEEDED

    Folks,

    Long story short....we have to vacate our current rental property in Booterstown as the landlord has found another tenant after we served notice.....before COVID appeared on horizon.

    We have to end of April.

    Does anyone have an Airbnb house in south Dublin they could rent on short term for 2-3 months? We are looking for something furnished. We are both professionals now working from home with a cat.

    Any pointers appreciated.

    There's lots of options on daft.ie for former Airbnbs who only want to give maximum 3/6 month leases. But don't be afraid to send a message to a place that is looking for a 12 month tenancy as they might be happy to have rental income in the short term - no harm in asking! What is your budget?

    Thanks, yes we’ve been ploughing that furrow, but asking prices still excessive. Hoping for 3-bed @ €2K per month, but most up around €3K + same again as damage deposit. Looking for some common sense/flexibility for a few months. 🀞

    Have a look on airbnb. The prices have plummeted. I know someone who got a 3 bed in harolds cross for 1500 a month on a month to month basis.
