Roofer/Damp specialist recommendations

Hi all.

Sale Agreed on a property and had a survey done yesterday. He recommended some further specialist inspection from a roofer and a damp specialist - didn't give the impression he thought there was anything horrendous, but due to the age of the property (100+) and some low level readings from the damp meter.

Can anyone PM me with any recommendations of such contractors? Based in south Dublin.

Whatever you do, don't go with someone telling you to inject the walls etc. Have a read of this before you do any refurb work:
