Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    One night only I'm afraid.

It's excellent....and I did get slightly emotional towards the end as the cast talked about their time on the show and what it meant to them.

The space battle in HD and on the big screen. Wow! Simple wow.

The only down side I can think of is it was a shame that Avery Brooks didn't take part in it. Any material showing Avery is from past interviews. When the cast were talking about him it very much felt like it was in the past tense and he was dead. That's how it came across to me.

Speaking of death, a lovely tribute at the end to cast and crew members no longer with us.

All in all, a fan favourite and I hope it is released onto DVD or streaming at some stage in Europe.

If there is enough of a demand I am sure they might show it again in some cinemas. Star Trek Eire is great for finding out about these thing by following on Twitter or Facebook.

So the Lighthouse Cinema are showing it again on Sunday for anyone near Dublin who missed it. I am sure if they are showing it again then maybe other Arthouse cinema's around the country will too.

Any idea when this will be out on DVD?

Also what episode of DS9 brings a tear to your eye or even has you crying?

I ask because I was just watching one of my favorite episodes of DS9 the episode '' The Sound of Her Voice''

I thought the wake for her funeral at the end was so sad but the speech from both Doctor Bashir and Chief O'Brien are excellent so relevant and true in real life as well.

    So here's to Lisa Cusack.

    Peace and long life.

^^^ It has already been released on BluRay (29th July), at least I sourced a copy online.

So DVD copies shouldn't be far behind?

Finally gave this a look-see last night.

    Really enjoyed it!

Watched it this weekend. Really interesting watch and yes the battle scene looked great (although I think the wow factor was a bit dulled for me as there's already a very good HD effort of this scene out on YouTube - it's been posted here too).

Finally got around to watching this when reminded by a fellow Trekkie, I thought it overall pretty good. I would have loved to have a bit more fleshed out interviews with the cast. Certainly think the "planning" season 8 thing was bit naff and self indulgent and it sounded like ****ty fan fiction tbh. Still glad I watched it!
